|     Barclay is a big boy like his dad. At nine months he weighed 115 pounds. He is generally fairly laid back but will bark at things that are unusual around the house. He likes attention and wants petting and hugs.
We began training him for show when he was three months old and he attended a socialization class when he was five months old. He is a bit cautious about new situations but does well in spite of that. He took his first show in stride and was awarded Best of Winners both days. Barclay received his first Best of Breed May 15, 2010. On October 23, 2010 he received his third major and his Championship.
He has received all his shots and the vet says he is doing well. Barclay was tested for Glanzman's Thrombasthenia and is clear. He was x rayed for dysplasia shortly after his second birthday and received a rating of Good. He now has OFA otterhound number 161. He also has a Canine Health Information Center (CHIC) number. |
